ESTA MERCANC\u00cdA INGRESA POR LAS FRACCIONES ARANCELARIAS 7318.16.03 Y 7318.16.04 DE LA TARIFA DE LA LEY DE LOS IMPUESTOS GENERALES DE IMPORTACI\u00d3N Y DE EXPORTACI\u00d3N.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RESOLUCI\u00d3N<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol start=\"18\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se declara concluido el procedimiento de examen de vigencia de la cuota compensatoria impuesta a las importaciones de tuercas de acero al carb\u00f3n negras o recubiertas, originarias de China, independientemente del pa\u00eds de procedencia, que ingresan a trav\u00e9s de las fracciones arancelarias 7318.16.03 y 7318.16.04 de la Tarifa de la Ley de los Impuestos Generales de Importaci\u00f3n y de Exportaci\u00f3n, o por cualquier otra.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se elimina la cuota compensatoria impuesta a las importaciones de tuercas de acero al carb\u00f3n negras o recubiertas, originarias de China, a que se refiere el punto 2 de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n, a partir del 4 de agosto de 2015.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notif\u00edquese la presente Resoluci\u00f3n a Prottsa y al gobierno de China.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comun\u00edquese esta Resoluci\u00f3n al Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria, para los efectos legales correspondientes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arch\u00edvese como caso total y definitivamente concluido.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presente Resoluci\u00f3n entrar\u00e1 en vigor al d\u00eda siguiente de su publicaci\u00f3n en el DOF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SECRETARIA DE ECONOM\u00cdA RESOLUCI\u00d3N QUE CONCLUYE EL EXAMEN DE VIGENCIA DE LA CUOTA COMPENSATORIA IMPUESTA A LAS IMPORTACIONES DE\u00a0TUERCAS DE ACERO AL CARB\u00d3N NEGRAS O RECUBIERTAS, ORIGINARIAS DE LA\u00a0REP\u00daBLICA POPULAR CHINA, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DEL PA\u00cdS DE PROCEDENCIA.
